Patti Stumpp

Patti Stumpp is the current Vice President of Human Resources at OHIOGUIDESTONE. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center from January 1998 to December 1999. In this role, they were responsible for leading Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Training through 6 direct reports.

During their time at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center, Patti designed and implemented an incentive program for emergency room staff which improved processes and efficiency. Patti also conducted a full market study and implemented a competitive hiring rate with tenure-based incentives for nursing staff, alleviating hiring challenges of competing against other major health systems. Additionally, they transitioned management of HRIS from IT to Human Resources, allowing for full control and manipulation of data and automated reporting on demand.

Patti has also held Senior Vice President positions in Human Resources at both Manufacturing and Healthcare Industries, as well as Invacare Corporation, where they worked from January 1999 to December 2018. In these roles, they were responsible for leading global teams and providing strategic direction in all areas of human resources, including talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training & development.

Patti Stumpp has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources from The University of Toledo, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from The University of Toledo. Patti also has certification from Lorain County in Leadership Class of 2004.

Patti Stumpp reports to Richard R. Frank, President & CEO. They are on a team with Matt Rizzo - EVP, Medical Services & SUD Treatment & President, A Renewed Mind, Mary Stiles - VP & General Counsel, and Cindy Naegele - VP, Advancement & Communications.
