Adrian Franks

Adrian Franks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in voice and data communications management. Currently serving as the Voice & Data Center Facilities Manager at OhioHealth since May 2014, Adrian manages a team of seven and oversees a $5 million annual CAPEX budget for over 600 network and telecom devices across 21 global offices. Previous roles include Manager of Network Services at Big Lots and Manager of IT Engineering at Sterling Commerce, where responsibilities included supervising telecommunications systems and directing various contact center technologies. Adrian began a career in technology as a Business Analyst at Speedway SuperAmerica LLC and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ohio University.
