Rosemary Samuel

Rosemary Samuel, SPC, currently serves as a SAFe Scrum Master-Agilist at Gravity IT Resources, focusing on transitioning teams from ad-hoc waterfall methodologies to SAFe and collaborating with the Global Transformation Office to align agility with business needs. Previously, Rosemary worked as a Scrum Master at JOANN Stores from March 2022 to June 2023. Rosemary’s extensive experience at Cleveland Clinic from December 2005 to February 2022 includes roles as a Clinical Practice & Site Integrations lead, where proficiently organized daily scrums, sprint events, and backlog refinements, while mentoring teams for cross-functionality and continuous improvement, and as a Project Coordinator managing multi-team projects and day-to-day operations. Rosemary holds an Associate of Science degree from Cuyahoga Community College and has completed education at Cleveland State University.
