Vikas Dubey

Vikas Dubey is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Software Engineering at OhioHealth since October 2020, Vikas previously held key positions including Enterprise Architecture Manager at State Auto Insurance, and roles at Gap Inc. and Nationwide Insurance, where responsibilities encompassed managing complex technical architectures, customer access strategies, and enterprise governance. Vikas’s career initiated at Tata Consultancy Services as an Enterprise Architect, with further development at Tata. Vikas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology and an MBA with a focus on HealthCare from Western Governors University.
