Jennifer Cannizzaro is currently an advisor at OhioX. Prior to that, they were the head of product marketing and go-to-market strategy at Olive from April 2019 to April 2021. There, they built and expanded the product marketing team to support growth in new products, solutions, and segments. Jennifer also led the portfolio architecture to guide the evolution from single to multi-product organization. In addition, Jennifer developed an annual market study and total cost of ownership model to define and differentiate AI-as-a-Service category and deployment model. Jennifer also launched a win-loss program and persona research to define core value prop, positioning, and content strategy. Furthermore, Jennifer led strategy and executive engagement for the first customer summit with average CSAT >90%. Prior to their time at Olive, Jennifer was the director of regulated industry marketing at DocuSign from August 2013 to April 2019. There, they were responsible for driving pipeline and customer success in public sector, healthcare, life sciences, and education. Her responsibilities included go-to-market strategy, customer insights, messaging, positioning, segmentation, integrated campaigns, and sales enablement. Before their time at DocuSign, Jennifer was at HigherNext for a brief period from February 2013 to April 2013 as the marketing and special projects manager.

Jennifer Cannizzaro earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing from The Wharton School.
