Dagoberto Saez Flores

Dagoberto Saez Flores is a seasoned finance and administration professional with extensive experience in construction and project management. Currently serving as Gerente de Administración y Finanzas at OHLA since January 2011, Dagoberto leads the finance and administration division for the Concessionaria Hospitales Red Biobio and Sociedad Concesionaria Instituto Nacional del Cancer in Chile.
