Amaranta White Arizmendi, CF APMP, serves as a Proposal Manager at OHLA USA since November 2009, where responsibilities include leading multi-disciplinary teams in developing winning proposals for government agencies and ensuring compliance and quality in submissions. Previous experience includes a role as Business Development Proposal Manager, managing over 30 pursuits for major PPP infrastructure projects across Canada. Prior to OHLA USA, Amaranta worked as a Site Manager at OHL Desarollos - Mayakobá from August 2004 to October 2008, overseeing construction activities and project management for the Mayakoba touristic complex. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Architecture from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and a Construction Management certification from George Brown College. Additional training was completed through a summer course at Technische Universitat Darmstadt in Germany.
