Doel Garcia Coll

Doel Garcia Coll is an experienced project manager with a strong background in civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as a project manager at OHLA USA since 2018, Doel oversees a $234M Design-Build project to enhance the I-75 corridor. Prior experience includes managing significant FDOT Highway Widening electrical projects at Ion Electric, consulting on stormwater and bridge solutions at Contech Engineered Solutions, and leading operations on major roadway projects with Dragados USA, Bouygues Construction, and Kiewit. Doel holds a BS and BA in Civil Engineering and Earth & Environmental Sciences from Lehigh University, obtained in 2006.
