Thomas Advocat

Thomas Advocat, P.E. is an experienced estimator currently working at OHLA USA since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer and Estimator at Condotte America, Inc. from May 2014 to May 2022, where responsibilities involved gathering bid documents, performing quantity takeoffs, and coordinating with engineers on Design-Build bids. Thomas also contributed as an Office Engineer on major projects such as the Gandy Boulevard Project and the Section 5 826/836 Interchange, which had a $550 million estimate. Prior to that, Thomas served as a Research Assistant at the University of Florida, contributing to the Inclined Bleed Project. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.
