Nikolay Borisov

Nikolay Borisov is an experienced professional in the fields of business development and culture design, currently serving as the Head of People + Programs and Partner at Ohlay since June 2019. At Ohlay, a culture design company, Nikolay collaborates with leaders to create purpose-driven cultures that enhance workplace engagement. Prior to this role, Nikolay co-founded and served as Principal Consultant and CEO at SuBB, an automated branding agency, and founded Startup Bold, a creative business development agency. Nikolay also co-founded Drop Development, a commercial real estate firm, and held positions at ARISE Business Solutions and Cold Stone Creamery. Academic qualifications include a Certificate in Inner MBA from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Northwest University.
