Cyndi McAlpine

Government Contracts Director | Business Advisor at Ohlinger Studios

Cyndi McAlpine began their work experience in 1987 at Borden Chemical where they held various roles, ultimately becoming the Global Director of eBusiness. Cyndi leveraged their experience to identify how technology could support business growth strategies. In 2005, they became the Owner/President of ActionCOACH Business Coaching, where they serviced over 50 clients and focused on areas such as sales and marketing planning, strategic planning, time management, process systems development, and leadership and team development. Cyndi also served as the President/Owner of ActionCOACH Business Coaching during this time. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Switchbox Inc. as an Operations Manager/Project Manager, overseeing operational processes, resource allocation, and project management. Cyndi joined Impact Instruction Group in 2015 as the Director of Operations before moving to LSP Technologies in 2016 as the Director of Operations. In 2018, they became a self-employed Executive and Team Coach until October 2020. Since 2017, they have been working at Ohlinger Studios as the Government Contracts Director and Business Advisor, supporting strategic and leadership development as well as expansion into new markets. Cyndi McAlpine retired in March 2023.

Cyndi McAlpine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Wood Science & Technology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1976 to 1980. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Washington State University, completing it from 1984 to 1986.
