Henrik Svanström

Henrik Svanström has a diverse work experience in various roles related to production management and program management. Henrik began their career as a Production Engineer at Allgon Mobile Communications AB in 1999, where they were responsible for production capacity, instructions, procedures, and quality assurance for mobile phone antenna products. Henrik then worked at AMC Centurion Ltd as a Production Transfer Manager, setting up mobile phone antenna production in Beijing, China, and training local engineers and staff.

In 2004, Henrik joined Laird Technologies AB as an Industrial Engineer, where they designed assembly processes, planned equipment for prototype builds, and trained staff at production sites in Hungary, Mexico, and China. Later, they became a Program Manager at Laird Technologies, responsible for the development and manufacturing process of mobile phone antennas, project planning, production start-up, and budget management.
