Lene Kruse started their work experience in 2000 as a Telemarketing Sale and Supervisor at Falck. Lene then worked as a Call Centre Service Assistant at Ticketmaster before moving on to become a Front of House Manager at Betty Nansen Theatre. After that, they worked as a Personnel Manager at Sampling Service, where they were responsible for recruitment, training programs, and labor & employment law. In 2008, they became an HR Advisor at Dansk Shell a/s before joining BASF in 2009. At BASF, Lene held various roles including HR Consultant, HR Business Partner for Denmark & Baltics, and Human Resources Manager & Business Partner for Norway.
