Lene Kruse started their work experience in 2000 as a Telemarketing Sale and Supervisor at Falck. Lene then worked as a Call Centre Service Assistant at Ticketmaster before moving on to become a Front of House Manager at Betty Nansen Theatre. After that, they worked as a Personnel Manager at Sampling Service, where they were responsible for recruitment, training programs, and labor & employment law. In 2008, they became an HR Advisor at Dansk Shell a/s before joining BASF in 2009. At BASF, Lene held various roles including HR Consultant, HR Business Partner for Denmark & Baltics, and Human Resources Manager & Business Partner for Norway. Since 2017, they have been working as the Global HR Director at Ohly, leading diverse and inclusive workplace practices.
Lene Kruse started their education at Munkensdam Amtsgymnasium from 1994 to 1997, although the specific degree obtained or field of study pursued is unknown.
