Previously, as Head of Legal and Business Operations at NomiSo Inc, Nischali Varanasi independently established the Offshore Delivery Centre in India, managed statutory compliance, and provided legal support to the board. Nischali Varanasi's career also includes significant roles at Greenko Group, SAMVĀD: Partners, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, and Mylan Laboratories, contributing to legal operations and corporate governance.
