Tirtha Biswas

Tirtha Biswas currently serves as Associate Director of Sales and Business Development at Ohmium since September 2022, having previously held the position of Deputy General Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as Programme Lead at the Council on Energy, Environment and Water from May 2015 to November 2021, where Tirtha led initiatives focused on green hydrogen, industrial decarbonisation, and critical mineral resources. Educational background includes a Dual Degree in B.Tech and M.Tech in Mineral Engineering with Mineral Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) in Dhanbad. Additional experiences range from internships and trainee positions in various companies such as Tata Steel, ACC Cements, and The University of Queensland, to an exchange program at the University of Porto.
