Aaron Earl Troy Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Aaron Earl Troy started their career as a Professor at Mapúa University in 2011, where they developed curricula and delivered teaching programs. Aaron Earl Troy then moved on to De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in 2013, continuing their work as a Professor and staying updated with research activities in their field.

In 2013, Fernandez joined Mint International College as a Professor, focusing on designing and developing curricula for students and staying informed about current research in their area of expertise.
