Sruti Jayaramdas

Sruti Jayaramdas has been in the Human Resources field since 2012. Sruti began their career as an Assistant Manager at Neeyamo. In 2015, they joined Just Analytics as a Senior Human Resources Officer, where they were responsible for coordinating the Hire to Retire process of the Employee Life Cycle and Onboarding new hires. Sruti was later promoted to Manager of HR and Operations, where they implemented HRIS across the APAC region and audited the existing HR process and policies. In 2022, they joined Rackspace Technology as an HR Transformation Lead (HRBP). In this role, they were part of the Global Integration team, representing HR during and post-acquisition. Sruti successfully achieved a global deadline of 3 months for transitioning HR systems, process operations, people, and data migration across the APAC region. Currently, Sruti is the Head of Human Resources at Ohmyhome.

Sruti Jayaramdas obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biotechnology from Stella Maris College between 2007 and 2010. Sruti then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from ICFAI Business School between 2010 and 2012.
