David Godvin

David Godvin has a diverse work experience in the financial and real estate sectors. David is currently serving as the Vice President of Development at OHT Partners, LLC since April 2021. Prior to this, David worked at JLL as a Vice President from November 2018 to April 2021 and in Real Estate Investment Banking from November 2016 to November 2018. David also gained experience at Goldman Sachs as an IG Credit Sales professional from 2014 to 2016 and started their career as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley from 2011 to 2014.

David Godvin attended Boston College from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History.
