Ryan Ayotte has a wide range of work experience. From 2009 to 2019, they have held various positions in different companies. In 2009, they founded A-Yacht Maintenance Services and served as its Founder. In 2014, they worked as a Compliance Co-op at Standish Mellon Asset Management. In 2015, they were a Analyst at Goldman Sachs. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at North Point Brands as a Business Manager and Associate Business Manager. In 2018, they were an Associate at Bain Capital. Finally, in 2019, they founded Ohza and is currently serving as its Founder & CEO.

Ryan Ayotte holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. Ryan also holds certifications from the U.S. Coast Guard, including a 50 Ton Master, as well as Bloomberg LP certifications, including Bloomberg Commodity Essentials Training, Bloomberg Equity Essentials Training, Bloomberg FX Essentials Training, Bloomberg Fixed Income Essentials Training, and Bloomberg Market Concepts.
