Rafael Freitas de Amorim

Rafael Freitas de Amorim, MsC has a comprehensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Rafael Freitas de started their career at Oi S.A in 2005 as a Senior Specialist Telecom before moving up to become the Manager of Networks and Services Optimization in December 2006. Rafael Freitas de later served as an Operations Consultant, responsible for structuring the TV operation and defining technical standards. In 2010, they became the Manager of Video Operation and Maintenance, overseeing the monitoring, operation, and maintenance of the company's video services. Rafael Freitas de was then promoted to Manager of Video and Broadband Operation and Maintenance in 2011 and later as Senior Manager of Video Operations and Maintenance in 2013. From 2021 to 2023, they held the position of Senior Manager of Operation and Services, and currently, they are the Director of Operation B2C at Oi.

Rafael Freitas de Amorim, MsC has a diverse education history. Rafael Freitas de obtained a Master Degree in Decision Support Methods from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they specialized in Combinatorial Optimization. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the same university, earning a degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Telecommunications and Decision Support Methods.
