Riyad Magdy

Riyad Magdy is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in leadership and management. As the Founder and Chairman of Oia Properties since April 2021, Riyad has established a reputable presence in the industry. Previously, Riyad served as the Head of Agency at Town Properties LLC from July 2014 to March 2022, and as Sales & Leasing Manager at Fine Home International Group from 2012 to 2014. Riyad holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Tanta University and completed a program at the John T. Riordan School for Retail Real Estate Professionals in 2018.
