Antonio Rodriguez

Antonio Rodriguez has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Antonio currently serves as the Business Head for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean at Oikocredit, where they lead business development for equity investments. In this position, they are responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, conducting due diligence processes, and negotiating investment terms. Prior to Oikocredit, Antonio worked as an Investment Officer at E+Co Capital for almost six years. Antonio also holds a Master's in Business Administration from INCAE Business School and founded and managed AAA Descuentos Especiales. Additionally, they have held positions at Citi and Banco Continental, serving as the Asset Based Finance Head and Senior Credit Officer, respectively.

Antonio Rodriguez has a comprehensive education history that spans several years and covers various areas of study. In 1989, they enrolled at the Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Following this, from 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at INCAE. Later, from 2011 to 2014, Antonio attended the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología, where they obtained a degree in Public Accounting. Most recently, in 2022, they engaged in executive education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, focusing on Corporate Governance.
