Verónica Muñoz

Verónica Muñoz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Verónica began their career in 2007 as a Legal Consultant at the Foundation PANIAMOR. In 2009, they worked as an Abogada Junior at Curtis Law Group and as a Senior Attorney at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy. Later, in 2013, they joined Oikocredit as a Regional Legal Counsel and subsequently held roles as a Legal Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel. Verónica currently holds the position of Global Legal Manager at Oikocredit.

Verónica Muñoz's education history includes a range of degrees and certifications. Verónica earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Business Law from ADEN International Business School from 2020 to 2021. During the same time period, they also pursued a Master Especializado en Derecho de los Negocios from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Verónica completed a Master's degree in Human Rights from UNED from 2013 to 2014. In 2011 to 2012, they obtained a Public Notary degree from Universidad Internacional de las Americas. Verónica'searliest degree is a Juris Doctor from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, which they completed from 2001 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Verónica has obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they were certified in Specialization Legal-Tech and Innovation from The George Washington University. In April 2019, they obtained a certification in Project Management from LEAD University. Verónica also holds a certification in Finance from INCAE Business School, which they obtained in July 2018.
