Abhisek Mukhopadhyay

Abhisek Mukhopadhyay is a seasoned Senior Geophysicist with a strong background in seismic interpretation, structural and facies modeling, reservoir characterization, and inversion, currently working at ONGC since September 2013. Previous experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the National Geophysical Research Institute, where computational seismic techniques were employed for wavefield simulation and inversion, as well as internships at CGGVeritas and Oil India Limited, focusing on rock-physics modeling and seismic data acquisition, respectively. Abhisek holds an M.Sc Tech in Applied Geophysics from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from J.K. College.
