Brian Stith

Brian Stith has experience in various roles within the staffing/recruiting industry. Brian started their career as a Closing Coordinator at Prairie Title in 2016. From there, they worked at Planet Forward as a National Recruiter, progressing to National Recruiter II and then National Recruiter III. In 2019, they joined Synectics Inc. as a Technical Recruiter. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Generalist at Oil-Dri Corporation of America, where they are responsible for implementing sourcing strategies, managing vendor relationships, and implementing new HR technologies.

Brian Stith obtained their high school education from Marian Catholic High School from 2008 to 2011. Brian then pursued an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Prairie State College between 2011 and 2014. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they attended Dominican University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
