Robin Wetherington, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Robin currently holds the position of Sr. Field HR Manager at Oil-Dri Corporation of America since January 2016. In this role, they are responsible for HR generalist tasks for over 375 employees across multiple locations. Robin has successfully implemented recruitment strategies for salaried positions, developed and executed policies and procedures, managed worker's compensation and EEOC claims, and chartered several HR projects. Robin Wetherington, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Valdosta State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Following that, they pursued a Masters in Public Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Valdosta State University, completing their degree between 1995 and 1998.

In terms of certifications, Robin obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in May 2001. In December 2003, they achieved a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Additionally, in March 2015, Robin obtained the Society of Human Resource Managers-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, and they also hold the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, which they earned in 2015.
