Devojit Basumatary has over two decades of experience in the Oil and Gas sector with Oil India Limited, specializing in SAP HR Payroll and core HR functional roles. Devojit also has experience in HR business function analysis and change management. Prior to this, Devojit worked as a Development Officer at National Fertilizers Limited. Devojit holds an MBA in Human Resources Management & Marketing Management from Gauhati University and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Assam Agricultural University.
