Tom Fisher

Tom Fisher is an experienced project manager and oil spill response specialist currently working at Oil Spill Response Ltd since February 2019. In the role of Project Manager, Tom Fisher oversees the relocation of the Southampton Response Base to a new facility. Previous roles include Senior Oil Spill Response Specialist and Oil Spill Response Specialist, where Tom Fisher attained recognition through the OPITO competence management system. Prior to joining Oil Spill Response Ltd, Tom Fisher served as a Flood and Water Management Project Officer at Hampshire County Council, managing flooding inquiries and collaborating with various stakeholders. Tom Fisher's education includes a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science from the University of Portsmouth, alongside A-Level qualifications in Environmental Studies, Biology, Government and Politics, and General Studies from Peter Symonds College. Tom Fisher also has experience as an Officer Cadet in the Southampton University Officer Training Corps.
