Bill Maxwell

Bill Maxwell has extensive legal experience, serving as Vice President Legal and Corporate Secretary at Oil States International since 2007, and previously as Senior Counsel within the same company. Prior to this role, Bill worked as an Attorney at Harrison, Bettis, Staff, McFarland & Weems, LLP from 2003 to 2007. Bill holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from South Texas College of Law Houston, earned between 1994 and 1997, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from The University of Texas at San Antonio, completed from 1992 to 1994.
