Juha Aaltola

Juha Aaltola has extensive work experience in the field of technological strategy and business development. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Researcher at Helsinki University of Technology, focusing on the efficient utilization of industrial energy. Juha then joined M-real Oyj in 2004 as a Project Manager, where they developed and executed troubleshooting concept services for various mills. In 2008, they became the Business Director at Scancool Oy, responsible for designing and implementing strategic plans for heat pump products. In 2011, they transitioned to Oilon as the Business Director, where they generated new business and markets and later became the R&D Director, leading the technological strategy and innovation of large capacity water chillers and heat pumps.

Juha Aaltola pursued their education at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 1993 to 2003, where they earned a degree in Dr.Tech in the field of Energy technology.
