Dr. Yousef Alshammari Fei

Dr. Yousef Alshammari FEI is the CEO and Head of Oil Research at CMarkits since November 2017, specializing in oil market research, forecasting, and periodic market alerts. Concurrently, Dr. Alshammari serves as an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at Imperial College London, focusing on hydrogen and fuel production, and has held a fellowship with the Energy Institute since November 2022. As a Member of the Group of Experts on Sustainable Energy for the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe since August 2015, Dr. Alshammari reviews reports and discusses clean energy innovations. Further contributions include writing for Forbes Middle East and OilPrice.com, as well as teaching engineering economics and renewable energy at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University. Dr. Alshammari's academic background includes a PhD in Clean Energy from Imperial College London, along with multiple degrees in chemical engineering from prestigious institutions.
