Ifeanyi C. Udeze, ACIPM, ASM, currently serves as the Human Resources Supervisor for the AKK Gas Pipeline Project at Oilserv Limited since January 2022. Previously, Udeze was the Group Human Resources Generalist & Corporate Services at Tyonex HealthCare, where significant achievements included the development of an efficient recruitment policy and conducting an HR audit of 600 staff. Udeze also worked as a Talent Acquisition Advisor for HB: Freelance HR Consulting, providing consultancy services to SMEs and startups, and as a Human Resources & Operations Associate at Eco-Block & Pavers Nig. Ltd., overseeing recruitment and employee administration. Udeze began a career in education as a Government Teacher during the National Youth Service Corps, following an academic background in Political Science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, where a Bachelor of Science degree was obtained with Second Class Honours - Upper Division.
