John Long is a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Berlin Packaging since October 2023. Previous roles include System Engineer at Vital Proteins from September 2021 to February 2023, where John migrated the company's infrastructure to Nestlé's following its acquisition. As an IT Analyst at Mechdyne Corporation from July 2017 to September 2021, John provided expert support, leveraging various technical tools and applications. John also served as Integration Lead Tech Tier II-III at Zones, Inc. and as Project Designer at W-T Engineering, Inc., focusing on construction plans and IT support. Early career experience includes Web Designer/Help Desk Internship at Severity Design. John is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Arizona State University and holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Elgin Community College.
