May Roen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within the technology and SaaS sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor for US Finance & HR Operations at IndyKite and Oivi, as well as a Fractional CFO for Tana and Deckmatch, May has demonstrated a strong ability to manage financial operations and strategic growth. Previous positions include CFO at Lookback, Buoy Labs, and Inboard Technology, where impactful financial leadership contributed to significant company advancements. May co-founded Pathogenomix Inc., serving as CFO and Board Member, and has also worked as a VP Finance and Contractor for companies including Folloze and Quanergy. May holds an Executive MBA in Finance and Management from the Norwegian School of Economics and multiple degrees in landscape architecture and engineering.
