Joyce Young

Joyce Young is a Technical Specialist at Oji Fibre Solutions since April 2019. Previously, Joyce worked at Carter Holt Harvey Woodproducts as a Business Analyst and Service Desk Manager from September 2008 to December 2018. Before that, Joyce was a Project Supervisor/Helpdesk at Isiqina (Gijima ATS) from January 2006 to May 2008 and a Specialist LAN Support Technician at SITA from May 1997 to February 2005. With a background as a LAN Manager at the South African National Defence Force (Navy) from January 1984 to April 1997, Joyce has a wealth of experience in technical support, project supervision, and LAN management. Joyce holds a certificate in ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and diplomas in Human Resource Management and Business Management.
