Andrea Hoban

Andrea Hoban has a diverse work experience spanning from 1994 to present. Andrea is currently a Co-Founder and Head of Learning at Oji Life Lab since January 2018. Prior to that, from January 2017 to March 2018, they worked as a Senior Consultant and Master Facilitator at The Arbinger Institute.

From March 2014 to April 2017, they worked at Robert Half, first as a Sr. Director of Staffing Operations Training, overseeing the design, development, and delivery of operational training programs globally. Andrea then served as a Director of Enterprise Training Programs from May 2013 to February 2014 and as a Sr. Manager of Staffing Training Programs from April 2010 to April 2013.
