Qingqing Ouyang

As Executive Vice President of Engineering at OJO Labs, Qingqing is responsible for building and leading a talented team to drive innovation for homebuyers. She grew the footprint of the OJO engineering team globally, scaling from seven local engineers to more than 100 around the world, in under two years. Her ability to recruit the right talent for the right opportunity, while maintaining a strong engineering culture, has significantly increased the company’s ability to bring innovative technological solutions to guide consumers through a transparent homebuying journey.

Qingqing’s career has spanned two decades in software development, holding multiple engineering leadership positions. Prior to joining OJO, Qingqing served in senior management roles at Sun Microsystems, Oracle, Dell, and Bazaarvoice. She held the head of engineering position at Main Street Hub, driving the growth of thousands of small businesses using technology-enabled marketing solutions. Main Street Hub was acquired by GoDaddy in 2018, with its solutions made available to millions of GoDaddy customers. Qingqing is driven by working on meaningful missions with talented people who are intelligent, open-minded, and selfless.

She holds bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Smith College, as well as a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
