Cynthia Hernandez

Cynthia Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cynthia is currently the VP of Training and Human Resources at Ojos Locos Sports Cantina, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, Cynthia worked as the Director of Human Resources at Reach Hospitality Group from April 2019 to November 2022. Cynthia also served as the Human Resources Manager at D-ream Dallas, LLC. from July 2017 to July 2019. Before that, Cynthia held the role of Director of Human Resources at Edgewater Arlington, Inc. from September 2014 to July 2017. Cynthia gained experience as a General Manager at EIDAL Frisco from March 2012 to June 2014 and as a Restaurant Manager at Cozymels from March 2010 to March 2012. Cynthia began their career as a Restaurant Manager at Darden - Red Lobster in January 2002, where they worked until March 2010.

Additionally, they have also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, also from Texas Woman's University.
