Alexey Astafiev

Alexey Astafiev has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Alexey started their career as a Personal Assistant to the Agency Head Deputy at Moscow Federal Property Agency in 2003. Alexey then worked as an Analyst at IMA-Consulting as a freelance employee from June 2003 to March 2004. From 2004 to 2005, Alexey served as a Project Manager and later Head at the Career Development Center at the Higher School of Economics. Alexey joined INEK Group of Companies in 2005 as a Research Projects Manager and Marketing Lead, where they were responsible for marketing research, analysis, and developing marketing strategies. From 2007 to 2010, Alexey worked at Microsoft as a Marketing Data Analyst and Web Analyst, where they analyzed data and provided insights and recommendations for improving performance. From 2010 to 2014, they served as the Head of Research and Analytics at Mail.Ru Group. Currently, Alexey is working at OK.RU, where they initially held the position of Head of Research and Analytics and is currently serving as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Strategy and Analysis, responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and analyzing performance.

Alexey Astafiev studied at the State University — Higher School of Economics from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
