Citam John Ray Cabrera

John Ray Cabrera, CITAM, is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in asset and configuration management, currently serving as IT Manager - Asset and Configuration at Okada Manila since December 2016. Cabrera oversees the management of both hardware and software assets for a global install base, ensuring effective license management and baseline inventory maintenance. Previous roles include IT Asset Manager at Transcom, Senior Supervisor at Tiger Resort, and various positions at Globe Telecom, Siemens, Sony, Pinnacle Systems, and Printronix, where Cabrera developed expertise in service asset management, incident management, and IT governance. Cabrera holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Regent University.
