Zahid Ahmed has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Zahid started their career as a Trainee at Cide-De Goa in 2002 before moving on to work as an F&B Assistant at The Oberoi Rajvilas. Zahid then joined Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts as a Butler and later worked at Address Hotels + Resorts as a Front Office Duty Manager and Supervisor. In 2010, Zahid joined The Venetian Macau as the Head of Front Office. Zahid currently holds a position at Okada Manila, where they have held various roles including Director of Hotel Operations and Director of Front Office Operations. Their roles have involved managing operations, training subordinates, and coordinating with other departments. Zahid has consistently achieved high ratings in guest satisfaction surveys and has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills throughout their career.

Zahid Ahmed's education history includes obtaining a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from NIPSSchool of Hotel Management, as well as completing their H.S.C, Higher Secondary, and ICSE in the field of Commerce. These educational endeavors took place up until the year 2003.
