Ahmad Khader has over 10 years of work experience in the medical field. Ahmad began their career in 2011 as a Resident Physician at Queen Arwa Ideal Hospital. In 2012, they took on a Locum position as a Pediatric Department Resident at Thamar General Hospital. In 2013, they moved to Attadawe Medical Center as a General Practitioner. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Medical Doctor at Saudi Arabian Airlines Ground Services. During this time, they also worked as a Medical Director and Executive Home Health Care Director at Majestic Millennium Medical Center (2M). In 2018, they became the Vice President and CMO of Albaite Home Care, where they co-founded the first licensed standing alone home healthcare facility in Saudi Arabia. Currently, they are the Chief Medical Officer at Okadoc.

Ahmad Khader has a Bachelor's Degree in Medicine and Surgery (M.B.Ch.B) from Thamar University. Ahmad also holds certifications from the International Healthcare Management Forum, Smartly Institute, Health Care Accreditation Council, and Saudi Heart Association. Additionally, they have a Professional Accreditation Certificate from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
