Kazem Kalbkhani has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. In 2002, they joined Bahman Group Official as the human resource development manager and later became the planning and programming manager. In 2009, they moved to Golrang Pakhsh as the human resources manager and was subsequently promoted to marketing manager and regional sales manager. In 2014, they joined Ofogh Koorosh Chain stores as the executive vice president. Currently, they are the CEO of Okala, a role they assumed in 2018.

Kazem Kalbkhani completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Yazd University, attending from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch, graduating from 2010 to 2012.
