Randy Woodruff, AICP, MPA, currently serves as the FAPA Emerald Coast Section Chair for the Florida Chapter of the American Planning Association since January 2020. In addition, Randy holds the role of Deputy Director for Growth Management in Okaloosa County since May 2018 and is the President of Woodruff Planning, offering land use consulting services. Previous experience includes positions as Community Development Director for the City of Casselberry, Senior Planner for the City of Winter Springs, and Code Enforcement Manager for the City of Titusville, among others. Randy's extensive background in planning and development spans over two decades, beginning as a Senior Planner for Brevard County Government, and is supported by a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Florida State University.
