William Cartier

William Cartier has an extensive work history in the field of Human Resources. William started their career at Black Box Technology in 2008 as an Office Manager, where they oversaw various HR responsibilities and administered employee benefits. In 2009, they joined Control Systems Research as a Human Resources Manager, where they managed the HR department, directed projects, and implemented benefits programs. Since 2013, they have been working at Okaloosa Gas District, initially as a Human Resources Manager and later as the Director of Human Resources.
