William Cartier

William Cartier has an extensive work history in the field of Human Resources. William started their career at Black Box Technology in 2008 as an Office Manager, where they oversaw various HR responsibilities and administered employee benefits. In 2009, they joined Control Systems Research as a Human Resources Manager, where they managed the HR department, directed projects, and implemented benefits programs. Since 2013, they have been working at Okaloosa Gas District, initially as a Human Resources Manager and later as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, they provided strategic and administrative HR advice, developed and implemented HR strategies, and ensured compliance with labor laws and regulations.

William Cartier attended Okaloosa Walton Community College from 1998 to 2000, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. William then went on to study Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Florida from 2001 to 2004, although they did not complete a specific degree in this field.
