William Cartier

William Cartier has an extensive work history in the field of Human Resources. William started their career at Black Box Technology in 2008 as an Office Manager, where they oversaw various HR responsibilities and administered employee benefits. In 2009, they joined Control Systems Research as a Human Resources Manager, where they managed the HR department, directed projects, and implemented benefits programs. Since 2013, they have been working at Okaloosa Gas District, initially as a Human Resources Manager and later as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, they provided strategic and administrative HR advice, developed and implemented HR strategies, and ensured compliance with labor laws and regulations.

William Cartier attended Okaloosa Walton Community College from 1998 to 2000, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Okaloosa Gas District

Okaloosa Gas District (the District) is a natural gas utility that constructs, operates and maintains a natural gas transmission and distribution system located over three county area in Northwest Florida. The District serves almost 50,000 natural gas residential and commercial customers. The District also serves Whiting Field in Santa Rosa County, and Eglin, Hurlburt, Duke, Ammo, TAC, Red Horse and the 7th Special Forces military installations in Okaloosa and Walton counties. Additionally the District sells gas to the city utilities of Milton and Gulf Breeze, and transports gas for TECO Peoples Gas in Panama City Beach. The District is a full service utility, providing a variety of gas related services including piping and installation in addition to offering a variety of gas burning appliances.
