Ken Leone

Ken Leone, Jr. CHA is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Managing Director and General Manager at OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark, which is set to debut in 2025 with a $400 million development project. Previously, Ken was the Chief Operating Officer at SafeHarbor Development and President and Partner at Marlin Hospitality Group, overseeing the creation of a start-up hospitality management and development company. Ken's expertise in hospitality operations was further demonstrated during tenure as Vice President of Lodging/Development at Delaware North Companies, where responsibilities included managing nearly 4,000 rooms globally. Ken also held significant roles as Executive Vice President and Partner at Larkspur Hotels and Restaurants and Vice President at WinShip Properties, establishing key operational strategies and successfully managing multiple hotel properties. With a solid foundation established as Regional Director of Operations at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Ken holds a degree from California State University, Chico.
