Fernanda P Wischer

Fernanda P Wischer is a qualified Quality Engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently employed at AVNA since April 2023, Fernanda previously held the role of Quality Engineer at GKN Aerospace from September 2017 to April 2023, focusing on the disposition of nonconforming parts, creating inspection sheets, and managing RCCA for customer escapes. Prior to this, Fernanda served as a Continuous Improvement Engineer, facilitating lean training and implementing KPI boards. Additional experience includes working as an Au Pair in the United States and teaching garment industry students in Brazil. Fernanda holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and has completed a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Educational credentials also include studies at Central Connecticut State University and the University of Saint Joseph in various fields related to business and language.
