Jennifer Lubee has over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Okay Industries, Inc. since July 2016. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist at the same company, as well as serving as a Human Resource Generalist at The Village for Families & Children from September 2008 to June 2016, where responsibilities included recruiting and retention strategies. Jennifer's early career also includes a role in Human Resources at Masonicare from December 1999 to September 2008. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix and graduated from Mark T. Sheehan High School in 1999.
