Christoph Brüggemann

Christoph Brüggemann started their work experience in 2007 as an Industriekaufmann at OKE Automotive GmbH & Co. KG. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Mitarbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst at the same company. In 2012, they joined OKE Group GmbH as a Werkstudent HR before taking on the role of Referent Personalmarketing in 2015. Christoph continued working as a Werkstudent HR until 2017. In 2018, they became the Head of HR at OKE Group GmbH. In 2021, they started working as an Honorardozent Grundlagen Personalmanagement at Hochschule Osnabrück.

Christoph Brüggemann received their Master of Arts degree in Business Management from Fachhochschule Osnabrück, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaft und Management at the same institution from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their academic achievements, Brüggemann obtained the certification of Advanced Negotiator® from the Schranner Negotiation Institute in July 2022.
