Eivind Larsen

Eivind Larsen is currently serving as a Management System & Risk Advisor at OKEA ASA since June 2023. Prior to this role, Larsen worked at DNV for nearly 15 years, holding positions as Principal Consultant and Senior Surveyor/Lead Auditor, with responsibilities focused on classification and statutory surveys of ships and management system certification in accordance with various ISO standards. Larsen's earlier experience includes serving as an Inspector at Sjøfartsdirektoratet, where duties involved flag- and port state control inspections of both Norwegian flagged and foreign vessels, as well as acting as an Approval Engineer responsible for vessel documentation in compliance with national and international regulations. Eivind Larsen holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Technology from Tromsø University College, supplemented by a one-year programme in Fire Systems Technology from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.
